We typically partner with our clients on an exclusive basis, ensuring that when we're managing a critical hire for your business we can dedicate the time and resource needed to deliver a successful outcome.

Each search we manage is unique and we have a model that is weighted heavily on success. We also offer personality profiling and an extensive free replacement guarantee for your peace of mind.
Discovery
We ask questions to understand the role requirements and can help draft a job description. We will also understand the behaviours required by asking relevant stakeholders to complete a short job survey or assessing current high performers within your organisation.
Shortlisting
We spend considerable time on our pre-screening process, so you’ll only receive approximately 4-6 candidates that are perfectly suited to the role, reducing the time required for you to complete the hiring process.

Report & Evaluation
We will provide an executive summary, full CV, salary details and notice period alongside a full report on how they compare to the behavioural requirements of the role. We will also offer advice on suggested questions to ask at interview.
Promotion & Outreach
We don't just rely on adverts or an existing database. We will conduct an in depth “market-mapping” exercise, identifying all potential target candidates and share regular updates with you offering insights into the market and current salaries.

Assessment
We will carry out personality profiling of all shortlisted candidates. This can help compare the candidates to existing top performers or take into account differing stakeholder views to help remove subjectivity from the hiring decision.
Appointment & Ongoing Support
We are so confident in our process that we offer a free replacement service for up to 2 years. This means if a candidate leaves for any reason (excluding redundancy) we will find a replacement free of charge.
